OxFabs has emerged from the natural evolution of the Leukaemia Research Immunodiagnostics laboratory at the John Radcliffe Hospital into an organisation commercialising its skills in the custom development of monoclonal antibodies. The laboratory has had over 30 years of experience, within The University of Oxford, in developing monoclonal antibodies and is highly respected within its field of operation. We can cater for those discerning customers who appreciate the value and importance of obtaining a good monoclonal reagent at their first attempt. We aim to produce optimally performing antibodies against well-chosen targets. OxFabs will produce monoclonal antibodies to order and characterise them according to the customer's needs or budget. A full service could include: antigen design and preparation; immunisation protocol design and management; fusion; clone screening and characterisation; cell-line supply; antibody production and purification. It is the refined fusion techniques and the subsequent approach to full characterisation that forms the technological basis and success of the OxFabs products.
