HM57

Clone name: HM57

Specificity: CD79a

Species/Isotype:  Mouse IgG1k

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 202-216 from the CD79α protein

Applications:

- Flow Cytometry, (intracellular)

- Western Blot

- Immunoprecipitation

- Immunohistochemistry : fresh and FFPE tissues (is improved by heat mediated antigen retrieval using Citrate pH6.0 or Tris EDTA  pH9.0)

Other

This antibody recognizes CD79a in all mammalian species tested (including Monotremes, Marsupials and Placental) as well as in some birds and reptiles. This is due to the high degree of conservation of the sequence of the immunogen.

Positive control : any human lymphoid tissue
